After a rainy day, we were extra lucky to have clear blue skies when we arrived at Oceancliff Hotel for this wedding. As soon as we stepped outside to prepare for the ceremony, though, the clouds and high winds rolled in, giving us the most dramatic of ceremonies (and portraits that followed), and even some faint crepuscular rays. Cussing epic.
It wasn’t too long ago that we were exploring Wellesley College for these guys’ engagement session. Weddings are especially, well, special to us, when we already have close personal relationships with our couple – it’s particularly telling when, upon arrival, we were introduced as “friends and the photographers.” Having photographed them before and then having gotten to know them over the past few years just made our jobs so perfectly easy and oh so rewarding. Amanda and Andrew are the sweetest, and everybody at the wedding clearly thought so, too.
