We were excited to see the amazing Hyatt Regency hotel at the arch, after all the hype, and we were not disappointed. The lit, open-roof dance floor was gorgeous. This was right after the first day of CGI U, so we were quite exhausted. However, stepping into the rooftop terrace and being on time for the first launch of sky lanterns brightened our moods. Guests could light up sky lanterns and let them drift off into the sky. It was beautiful – the flames lit up the red lanterns, and the first one simply floated up and away. As everyone else attempted to light theirs up, though, the wind picked up and blew them more forcefully away.
